Cancellation Policy
If cancelled between 8-14 days before the date of service, 50% of the previewed costs will be charged.
If cancelled between 5-7 days before the date of service,75% of the previewed costs will be charged.If cancelled 4 days or less before the date of service, 100% of the previewed costs will be charged (*).
(*) Important: from 48 hours prior to departure, and adjustment of the timing of a service by more than 1 hour will be considered to be a re-booking, and hence 100% costs charged for the original service, and full charges levied for the newly booked service, over an hour before or after the original service. It is important, therefore, to provide your most up to date flight number when making the vehicle booking, to assist the vehicle company in managing your vehicle dispatch."
